For shops, brands & retailers

Sizing your customers can trust, before they click buy

Independent remote sizing for bike shops, direct-to-consumer brands and online retailers. Fewer sizing returns, better-matched bikes.

Sizing is the biggest unsolved problem in online bike sales

Every bike sold online is sold on a size chart and a hope. The customer picks a size from a table that knows one thing about them, and one of three things happens. It's right. It's wrong and they return it. Or it's wrong and they keep it, quietly, and never recommend you to anyone.

The return is expensive. The quiet one is more expensive.

For shops with a floor the problem is related but different: you can only fit a customer to what's in stock, and the customer knows it. Independent sizing removes that suspicion.

How partnership works

Referral

Send customers to us for an independent sizing session before they buy. They come back to you with a report naming specific models and sizes, and buy with confidence. No integration needed.

White-label sizing

Sizing sessions branded as yours, delivered by our fitter network, producing reports in your identity. Your customer never leaves your brand.

Volume and embedded

Sizing built into your purchase journey, at a per-session rate that scales with volume. For brands where sizing-driven returns are a line item big enough to have a name.

Why "we don't sell bikes" is the point

A shop recommending a size has an obvious conflict, and customers feel it even when it isn't there. We hold no inventory, no brand relationships and no commission. When our report says a bike is right, the customer believes it, and that belief is what you're buying.

If a customer's target position doesn't suit anything in your range, we'll say so. That will occasionally cost you a sale. It will more often save you a return, and it will always save you a customer who tells people you sold them the wrong bike.
