1. Who we are

2. The service

We provide a remote bicycle sizing consultation: a video session of approximately 45 minutes with a qualified bicycle fitter, followed by a written sizing report. Scope and limitations are set out in our Scope and Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Booking and payment

  • Sessions are booked through our online booking system and paid in full at the time of booking.
  • The price is USD $125 per session unless stated otherwise at booking.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
  • Your slot is provisionally held while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within [2] hours, the booking is automatically cancelled and the slot released.
  • Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.

4. Your responsibilities

To get a complete session you must have the equipment and setup described on our website — including, for a full session, a bicycle mounted on a stationary trainer and a means of filming yourself side-on.

If you attend without the required setup, we will run whatever portion of the session we can within your booked time. We cannot extend your session or provide a free replacement for a missing setup. If you know in advance that you can't meet the requirements, tell us before your session and we will either rebook you or run a reduced-scope session by agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and measurements you provide.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

  • Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us at [email protected].
  • Inside 48 hours, contact us; we will accommodate you where we reasonably can, but cannot guarantee it.
  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your session for a full refund.
  • Cancel within 48 hours and we may retain up to [50]% of the fee to cover the reserved time.
  • Fail to attend without notice and no refund is due, though we may offer a rebooking at our discretion.

6. Our cancellation

If we cancel or reschedule, you may choose an alternative time or a full refund. Where a session cannot proceed for technical reasons on our side, we will rebook you at no cost.

7. Refunds and satisfaction

If, during your session, it becomes clear we cannot give you a useful recommendation, we will stop the session and refund you in full.

If you complete a session and believe it did not deliver what was described, contact us within 14 days of receiving your report, explaining why. We will review it and, where your concern is reasonable, refund you in full.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within [10] working days.

8. Delivery of your report

Your report is issued within one working day of your session. If we are delayed we will tell you.

9. Intellectual property

Your report is provided for your personal use. You may share it with retailers, mechanics and fitters in connection with your purchase. You may not resell it, publish it commercially, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset. The sizing methodology, software and geometry database remain our property.

10. Your data

Handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Statutory rights (consumers)

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. UK and EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a service contract. Where you ask us to begin the service within that period and it is fully performed, that right ends on completion — by booking a session that falls within 14 days you agree to us beginning the service within the cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the session is complete. This does not affect the satisfaction commitment in clause 7.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the cost of a bicycle purchased on the basis of our recommendation. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Acceptable conduct

Our fitters are entitled to a respectful session. We may end a session immediately, without refund, in the case of abusive behaviour.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms. The terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law so provides.
